When to add it

The We Handle the Paperwork package includes follow-ups through Day 30. If the provider still has not resolved things by then, Extended Follow-Up continues the written record rather than letting the case go quiet.

Certified Mail is not included in this $15 extension. Any follow-up can be upgraded to Certified Mail for an additional $15 per mailing.

Day 45 and Day 60 follow-ups are already included with the ItemizeIt Advocate package.
