What it does

Upgrades one First-Class letter to USPS Certified Mail with tracking and proof of delivery or attempted delivery. You get a tracking number and a delivery record saved to your case.

Why it matters

A letter you mailed yourself is a claim. A letter with a tracking number and a delivery record is documentation. When a billing office says they never received a dispute, certified delivery ends that conversation, and it anchors the dates every follow-up counts from.

How it works

  • Applies to one mailing
  • Replaces the included First-Class mailing for that letter
  • Does not create a duplicate mailing
  • Additional Certified Mail letters are $15 each
  • USPS tracking and the mailing record display in your case portal
